Tomorrow, July 16th, 2018, is Amazon Prime Day. I most likely will not be participating because I cancelled my Amazon Prime membership. I also don't need to buy things that I don't necessarily need, but am tempted to buy it because of the sale.
I don't think it's bad to buy things on Amazon Prime Day, but it could result in more clutter in your home, and things you won't use for the long-term. From an investor's standpoint, I should promote participating Amazon Prime Day. From a minimalism perspective, I'm not promoting it.
If I wasn't so invested in my Google ecosystem, I would take a closer look at the Amazon ecosystem. When I was cancelling my account, I did take a closer look at all of the benefits of Amazon prime. A lot of the benefits were good, just duplicates of what I already have with Google.
Are you planning on buying anything good tomorrow?
Signed,
Mitch
