I've been eating better for a week now, and it's starting to get difficult. I'm getting really hungry and a little crabby. I also need to find a better way to post pictures, but that's a task for another day.
I finished yesterday at 1,932 calories. This was over my calorie Mission of staying between 1,800 and 1,899 calories. It got worse too, I couldn't fall asleep, so I ate after midnight. You'll see those calories tomorrow :/
My eating schedule was all over the place yesterday, so I can't break it down by individual meals.
- Dinner - Tacos - 840 calories (Pictures shows 2 tacos, but I had 4 total and extra ground beef)
- Snack - Bread and Peanut Butter - 260 calories
- Coffee Creamer - 140 - EEEEEK that's high.
