Food Journal 1/1/2017

I will start this off by saying that the food I ate on January 1st was NOT good. It tasted great, but it wasn't exactly healthy. I'm not going to hide what I ate, just giving you a heads up if you ask "I thought this post was supposed to talk about health?".

I finished yesterday at 1,740 calories. My Mission each day is to eat between 1,800 and 1,899 calories. I was under calories, and at my weight it's not a big deal, but for smaller people, not eating enough calories is unhealthy.

Also, sorry the picture formats are terrible. Like I've said, Blogger is great for most things, but it's TERRIBLE for posting pictures.

  • Lunch - Big Mac, Fries, Coke, Ketchup - 1,280 calories
  • Caffeine - Coke - 140 calories
  • Dinner - Microwave Meal - 230 calories
  • Evening Snack - Yogurt - 90 calories
