Food Journal 12/28/2016

Here is Day #2 of keeping myself accountable with what I eat. I apologize for the layout of the photos, the one thing Blogger isn't good at is inserting photos into posts....

Calorie Mission - Stay between 1,800 and 1,899 calories - Wednesday = 1,867 calories

  • Breakfast/Lunch: Coffee, Sausage, Eggs, Toast
  • Afternoon: Coca Cola
  • Dinner: Salad, Prime Rib, Corn Bread (The pictures of the prime rib are the same piece, just different sides)
  • Evening Snack: Yogurt
