Year-To-Date Update
Robinhood Portfolio Value = (Money from my pocket) + (Dividends) + (Gains/Realized & Unrealized)
Since January 1st, 2017, my portfolio has grown by $1,408.28. $1,026.00 of that growth (value increase) came from money out of my own pocket to buy more stocks. $76.77 of that growth came from dividends. $306.51 of that growth came from stock prices increasing.

This Week's Stock Purchases
I did not buy any stocks this past week.
At this point in time, I have 47 stocks. 46 of those stocks pay dividends, and the other stock is AMD (I bought it because it is considered a "meme" stock, and I think the conversation around AMD is fun to follow).
I am able to buy so many different stocks due to not paying commission fees, thanks to the trading app called Robinhood. If you want to learn more about Robinhood, click here.
You can click on the investing tab or here to see what stocks I currently have in my Robinhood portfolio.
Signed,
Mitch
