Food Journal 12/27/2016

As a way to keep myself accountable for how much I'm eating, I will be logging my calories and taking pictures of what I eat. On first glance, Tuesday's food looks pretty unhealthy, but I finished the day at 1,818 calories. I've had the most success at losing weight when I tracked what I ate. I'm hoping to ensure long-term success by posting about what I eat. 

Calorie Mission - Stay between 1,800 and 1,899 calories - Tuesday = 1,818 calories

  • I went to a local coffee shop that I'd been wanting to visit. 
  • Then we went to a local sandwich shop, and I got a french dip. Pretty unhealthy, I know.
  • Smoked salmon for dinner - yum!
  • Greek Yogurt
