This past trading week I sold 2 shares of Twitter (TWTR).
|Company||Ticker||Buy Price||Sell Price||Difference||Dividend||Fee||% Gain|
To determine the % Gain, I used the following equation.
=(Difference + Dividend + Fee)/Buy Price.
I still like Jack Dorsey and Twitter, but I need to collect my money as I move towards my 2016 investing strategy. I will most likely end up selling some stocks for a small loss so I can buy the stocks mentioned in my 2016 investing strategy.
Below is a chart of what I bought this week.
|Stock||Ticker||Shares||Buy Price||Avg. Price/Share|
|Hewlett Packard, Inc.||HPQ||1||$11.99||$11.99|
|Omega Healthcare Inc||OHI||1||$33.93||$33.93|
I bought Best Buy for the upcoming dividend, Twitter to average down, HPQ because of the recent company/stock split, and OHI to average down....again.
Below is information on my year-to-date (YTD) investing numbers.
|MITCH Investing - 2015|
|Dividend % of Gain||10.52%|
|Overall % Gain||11.24%|
